TERMS AND CONDITIONS :)


a) To complete and submit the ONLINE PURCHASE FORM is compulsary.

b) COD will only apply on those staying in Kota Damansara, Bandar Utama, TTDI, as well as SierraMas, Sg Buloh.

c) Postage fee :
West Malaysia RM 7.00
East Malaysia RM 9.00
(depends on the weight)

d) Payment must be made within three (3) working days upon confirmation, and once the bank transaction is completed, please notify us by submitting the BANK IN NOTIFICATION form or email/SMS the details required on the form. This is to enlight us that the payment has been made and to ensure that the item will be send immediately. :)

e) Return Policy :

Goods sold are not refundable, but exchangeable if wrong item is sent and exchange is made within 2 weeks after day of delivery. All items are checked thoroughly by us to avoid damaged goods being sent. Any item which has been used or has no tag attached is not exchangeable in any way.

We will ensure that all items are in a tiptop condition before sending them out, thus we will not accept any return for damaged items. We will provide picture as an evidence before sending items away, upon request.

Note : This is only for serious buyer. If you are still fickle-minded on purchasing our product, we encourage you to not submit the order form just yet. Wait till you are damn sure. :)
